Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DropEx Logistics ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to buy or sell on DropEx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Marketplace Rules

Sellers must only list products they own or are authorized to sell. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen property, illegal substances, and items that violate applicable laws in East Africa.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment instructions provided. DropEx acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding payment. Fraudulent payment references will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Auctions

Bids placed in an auction are binding. Winning bidders are obligated to complete the purchase. Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and the item being offered to the next highest bidder.

6. Limitation of Liability

DropEx Logistics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
