1. Returns

Returns are subject to individual seller policies. Buyers should review return terms before purchasing. DropEx facilitates the dispute resolution process between buyers and sellers.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed when: the item is not delivered, the item significantly differs from the description, or the seller approves a return. Refund timelines depend on the payment method used.

3. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, DropEx administration will review the case and make a final decision. Both parties must provide evidence to support their claims.

4. Shipping Damage

For items damaged during shipping, buyers should document the damage with photos and file a claim within 48 hours of delivery. Insurance claims will be processed based on coverage terms.
