Marketplace & Auction Rules

1. General Rules

All marketplace activity must comply with applicable laws. Users must not engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or shill bidding. Violations result in account suspension.

2. Auction Rules

Bids are binding commitments. The highest bidder at auction close wins the item. Bid retractions are only allowed in limited circumstances. Sellers must honor the winning bid.

3. Prohibited Items

The following are prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, endangered species products, and items violating intellectual property rights. See our full Prohibited Products Policy.

4. Seller Verification

Auctions can only be created by verified sellers whose products have been approved by DropEx administration.
