1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on DropEx, you must complete the seller application process, provide valid business documentation, and receive approval from DropEx administration. Seller status can be revoked for violations.

2. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. All products must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited items will be removed and may result in account suspension.

3. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must fulfill orders within the stated timeline, provide tracking information, and communicate delays promptly. Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or suspension.

4. Payments and Fees

DropEx may charge commission fees on sales. Payout schedules and methods are configured in seller settings. DropEx reserves the right to hold payouts pending dispute resolution.

5. Privacy and Communication

Seller personal details (email, phone, registration documents) are not visible to buyers. All buyer-seller communication should occur through the platform. Off-platform solicitation is prohibited.
