Tips
1Where to find your tracking number: Look in your order confirmation email, SMS from DropEx, or open the order in your account dashboard. Marketplace and logistics orders both display the same active tracking ID once generated.
2Tracking number format: Codes are typically uppercase alphanumeric (for example DEX-…). Paste the full string—leading or trailing spaces can cause a “not found” result.
3Status updates: Events appear when hubs scan your package. Quiet periods are normal, especially across borders—check back after the next business day.
