Last updated: April 2026

1. Liability Limits

DropEx liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the package or the applicable carrier's maximum liability, whichever is lower. Force majeure events (natural disasters, customs seizure, war) are excluded from liability.

2. Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout and through service request forms. Insurance covers loss, theft, and damage during transit up to the insured value. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

3. Claims Process

To file a claim: (1) Document the issue with photos, (2) Submit a claim through your dashboard or contact support, (3) Provide tracking number and order details. Claims are typically resolved within 14 business days.

4. Prohibited Shipments

DropEx does not ship hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods without proper packaging, or items prohibited by origin/destination country regulations. Insurance does not cover prohibited shipments.
