By accessing or using the DropEx platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. DropEx Logistics Ltd ("DropEx", "we", "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Platform Services
DropEx provides a unified logistics, marketplace, and auction platform for cross-border commerce. Services include but are not limited to: marketplace buying and selling, Ship For Me, Buy For Me, Door To Door shipping, auction participation, and shipment tracking.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. DropEx may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to pay for purchased goods and services, provide accurate shipping information, comply with import regulations in their country, and not engage in fraudulent transactions.
5. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, fulfill orders promptly, comply with all applicable laws, and not list prohibited items. Seller accounts require verification and approval by DropEx administration.
6. Payments
All payments are processed through approved payment methods. DropEx is not responsible for payment processing delays caused by third-party providers. Prices are displayed in the indicated currency and may be subject to conversion fees.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on origin, destination, customs clearance, and shipping method. DropEx is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by DropEx Logistics Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
DropEx provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
